Registrations are still being accepted for the Fall 2009 - Spring 2010 soccer season. However, please note that registrations received after June 13 are subject to a $10 late registration fee and a $15 late uniform fee. If you have questions please contact one of the following individuals.

U6 - U10 Cottage Grove Players - Contact Donna Klinkner at 839-3883 with questions.

ALL U11 - U18 players - Contact Karolyn Rathert at 839-3724 with questions.

To register a player, complete a MAYSA (Madison Area Youth Soccer Association) registration form (click here), soccer uniform order form (Click here for U9 - U18 Rec OR Click here for U11 - U18 Classic)and submit along with 2 separate checks - 1 for the registration fee and 1 for the uniform fee - to the appropriate registrar. (See below for fee information.) Please insure that registration information is complete and correct, including emergency contact and physician information. Checks should be made payable to Monona Grove Soccer Club.

Late registrations are not guaranteed placement on a team. No refunds will be given after July 1, 2009. Registration fees can be waived on an as needed basis by contacting Carl Pulvermacher.

Grades 3 – 12 (U9-U18) divisions require a team uniform. See uniform fees below. Team t-shirts will be provided for younger ages.

K - 2: $50.00		K - 2: $30.00
U9 - U10 (Grades 3 and 4) Recreational Teams : $70.00		U9 - U10 (Grades 3 and 4) Recreational Teams : $40.00
U11 - U14 (Grades 5 - 8) Recreational Teams : $80.00		U11 - U14 (Grades 5 - 8) Recreational Teams : $50.00
U11 - U18 (Grades 5 - 12) Classic Teams: $120.00
High School Small Sided: $75.00
Uniform Fees are as follows:
K - U8 (Grade 2): T-shirt included with registration fee.
U9 - U14 (Grades 3 -8) Recreational Teams : $50.00
U11 - U18 (Grades 5 - 12) Classic Teams: $80.00

Note to parents: The Monona Grove Soccer Club can always use new coaches, assistant coaches, team managers, volunteers for club positions and other volunteers. No experience needed.The time commitment can be minimal, but the benefits to the children and the club are immense. Also if you or your company would be willing to sponsor uniforms or other needed materials please let us know.
